Last updated: October 2026

Made by the Middletons (“we,” “us”) is a veteran-owned custom woodworking business in Michiana, Indiana. This page explains what information we collect through madebythemiddletons.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Request and contact forms. When you send us a quote or order request or a message, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, project details, and any photos you upload.
Account details. If you create an account on the site, we store your name, email address and any saved preferences.
Basic site data. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and may use cookies to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your messages, prepare quotes, build and deliver your order, and follow up about your project. If you have bought from us or asked for a quote, we may occasionally email you about new work. You can ask us to stop at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the site and our business (such as our website host and email provider), or when the law requires it.

Payments

This website does not take card payments at this time. Deposits and balances are arranged directly with us after a quote is approved. We never ask you to send payment details through a website form.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to keep the site working, such as keeping you signed in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Keeping your information

We keep project and contact information as long as we need it to serve you and run the business, and then delete it when it is no longer needed. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no website or email is perfectly secure.
