Everything we build is made to order, one piece at a time, just for you. Because of that, our policies work differently from a typical store. Here is how it works.

Quotes and deposits

  • We send you a written quote for your piece. Nothing starts until you approve it.
  • A 50% deposit is due before work begins. Your deposit must clear before we start.
  • Once we have purchased materials for your piece, the deposit is non-refundable, because those materials are cut and committed to your order.
  • If you cancel before we have purchased materials, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Balance and pickup

  • The remaining balance is due before the piece leaves our shop.
  • Delivery is priced separately. Pickup from our shop is free, or you can arrange your own shipping.
  • We accept payment by Venmo, Cash App, Zelle or cash, as listed on your quote.

Timeline

Most pieces take about 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the project and our schedule. Your quote will give a more specific estimate, and we will keep you updated.

Changes to your order

Please confirm the details on your quote (size, wood, stain, sheen) before we begin. Once we start cutting, changes may affect the price and timeline.

Returns

Because each piece is custom, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges. You approve the details before we build, and we are happy to send photos along the way.

Satisfaction guaranteed

We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with your piece, tell us and we will work together to find a solution. If your piece arrives damaged or has a workmanship problem, contact us right away with photos. Natural wood varies in grain, color and character, and that is part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
